• Pricing & Currency: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in US Dollars ($), Euros (€), Polish Złoty (zł), or other local currencies. Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
• Stock & Errors: We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any item listed on the e-Store. In the event of an error in pricing or product description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

4. Orders & Payment Processing

• Order Acceptance: Receiving an email confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to delay, restrict, or cancel any order for reasons including fraud prevention, inventory issues, or address errors.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely via encrypted third-party payment gateways (e.g., credit card providers, PayPal). By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
• Refused Deliveries: If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs duties/taxes, outbound and return shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

5. Returns, Refunds & Shipping

• Returns & Refunds: All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Standard physical products are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they meet return conditions.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, redeemed software/digital keys, unsealed personal care items, or final sale clearance goods are non-returnable unless defective.
• Shipping: Delivery estimates are non-binding. Propensiter is not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland (and applicable EU consumer regulations), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights granted to consumers in their home jurisdiction.
